The Pharmacology is one of the vital departments of Medicine which deals with the study and use of drugs. The faculty of this department is committed to establish this department at par with the departments of other Institutes of the country. We envisage for the day and hope to put in record for its growth, development and intensification with following mission and vision.
Our Mission
The mission of this department is to utilize and explore all possible services of various divisions of the department of Pharmacology to impart competency based teaching and training in Pharmacology to our undergraduates and postgraduates so as to develop them as competitive and caring doctors. We also intend to widen the parallel role and scope of Pharmacology in rational medical practices.
The faculty of this department is optimistic and committed for the development of the department to an extent of touching all possible horizons of competitive education in the specialty of Pharmacology so as to accomplish the goal of excellence in academics, research and patient care at par with other premier Institutes of the country.
